The I is a social maven who needs to have fun and the spotlight. Any jargon or things that sound like a chore and they're out.

The S needs a safety net and step-by-step assurance. They need to know you're not gonna send them out to sea without a life jacket.

And the C needs data, data, data. If you can't show them the proof in the pudding they're gone.

Each has a vocabulary that's as unique as their wardrobe. Use the wrong words in the wrong order and you'll send them running faster than someone yelling "fire" in a movie theater.
